Do you restock sold-out prints?

Popular prints are restocked when possible, but each design is produced in limited runs, so we recommend not waiting too long.

What are Fenne wraps made from?

Fenne wraps use soft, breathable organic fabrics chosen with delicate newborn skin in mind.

How do I wash my wrap?

Gentle machine wash, then line dry in the shade. A tumble dry on medium heat is fine if needed.

Will the print fade over time?

Our inks are chosen for durability, but like all fabrics, gentle washing and shade drying will help keep colours looking their best for longer.

Where do you ship from?

Every order is packed and shipped from our home studio in Sydney, NSW, Australia-wide.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every wrap arrives beautifully presented in Fenne packaging, ready to gift as-is — with the option to add a personal gift note at checkout.
